Home brew shops are not usual in Germany. I've never seen one around here  
nor in another town - even not in Berlin, where you can really get almost  
everything.
I just cook as much as I can drink within 12 hours. These days it is very  
hot here, and I need about 6 bottles (0,7 l) per day.
