      I am an Independent Distributor for First Netcom. This is a company 
based in North Sydney who have bulk-purchased air-time (phone calls) off 
Telecom at a discount rate. So I can offer you 5% off all your phone 
calls to all locations at all times. This costs you absolutely nothing.

If you want to make some money, you can become an Independent Distributor 
like myself, and offer the 5% discount and the distributorship to others. 
I found this to be very attractive due to the fact that you are not 
selling anything. You are offering people something for nothing. As it 
stands, Telecom will not be handling any billing within 18 months, so 
people will eventually have to sign their phone over to another company.

Why join First Netcom? One good reason is that it is here to stay and will 
remain very competitive in the market. They have proved this by announcing 
the introduction of disounts on electricty in Septemeber and Gas in 
December. (Unofficially, they are negotiating deals for discounts on 
petrol for early next year).

You will not be bound by any agreements. You can pull out as a customer or 
distributor at any time without incurring any transfer charges or the like 
and your service will return to its present state.

What happens if I join as a CUSTOMER?

1) 5% is deducted from your phone bill before you receive it.
2) Service remains the same.
3) There are other deals coming up.
4) You will receive a monthly newsletter with your bill.
5) Netcom are committed to reducing your cost of living by 5%.
6) Agreement can be stopped within 5 days notice to First Netcom.
7) All this costs you nothing.
8) If you're game to try, you can even earn a second income by helping to 
    increase First Netcom's Membership.

I'm representing a utility billing company called First Netcom and at the 
moment we are offering a 5% discount on all phone calls, free, which is 
deducted from your bill before you pay it. All First Netcom ask is  that 
you give them the right to send you your phone bill instead of your 
current provider. Your service will be the same as before except that you 
will receive a monthly bill with a 5% discount deducted and you will pay 
the bill to First Netcom. You will also be entitiled to a discount on your 
electricity bill in September and gas in December. First Netcom are 
committed to trying to reduce their members cost of living by 5% and will 
continue to try and negotiate deals for other services we use in our daily 
lives. These deals will automatically be offered to you as they become 
available. The more members there are, the better the deals. And all this 
will cost you nothing.

How do I become a Distributor and make money for myself?

If you offer this is someone else and they accept the 5% discount, you 
will be paid a commission by First Netcom of 2% of their monthly phone 
calls. That's what I will get from your phone bill.

This commission will be paid monthly, directly into your bank account. 
and will continue to be paid while ever you and the second persons 
continue to accept the 5% discount.

Here is an example scenario:

Average Monthly Phone Usage $100 

Line A   2% Comm.   (10)     Find 10               $    20
Line B   1% Comm.   (100)    Find 10               $   100
Line C  .5% Comm.   (1000)   Find 10               $   500
Line D   2% Comm.   (10,000) Find 10               $20,000

The above shows you signing up 10 people on your A line. Those 10 people 
sign up 10 people each (100). That 100 sign up 10 people each (1000). That 
1000 sign up 10 people each (10,000). Very ambitious but by no means 
impossible. It may take some time before your D line grows to this size, 
but it is accomplishable as some people have already proved.

The Cost
========

1) The forms to join someone as a Customer/Distributor (called a 'Starter- 
Kit'), costs $5. If you want to join someone as a customer only, ie for the 
5% off their phone, the forms (called a product only kit), costs $2.

2) To get your commission, you must purchase one item (the cheapest being 
$12) from the Catalogue. This is only necessary once you are entitled to a 
commission so you don't have to spend any money on the Catalogue unless you 
are going to get a commission that will cover the cost.

You will always remain a distributor whether or not you make a purchase 
from the catalogue.

To put this in perspective, let's say you sign up as a customer and

distributor. You are getting 5% off your phone calls and you haven't spent 
a cent.

You buy 10 starter kits for $50. These allow you to sign up 10 people 
as customer/distributors. You encourage these 10 people to duplicate your 
efforts and find 10 people each for themselves. If this procedure is 
duplicated down the line, by the time it reaches the 4th line, you are 
earning over $10,000per month in commissions. This may sound outrageous 
but it is very realistic. It may take a year to get to this level but I've 
been involved in this for 5 weeks and I have already reached my D line. 
Also, remember that whatever commissions you are earning in Septemeber 
will more than likely double with the introduction of discounts on 
electricity.

All this costs you nothing to join, and you are under no obligation to 
meet any quotas. You can sign up as a distributor and not sign anyone up 
until you are ready to do so. So you won't have to spend any money until 
you decide to sign people up.

answer any questions. BTW, this company had it's official launch on March 
13, so it is a good time to get involved. I am about 4 down from the top.

Your next bill from Telecom will be your last.. after that, your bills 
will be sent by 'First Netcom'.
This won't cost you a cent.
