subject: rockridge extensions?

UvdH> Jow can I make my warp box with sony cdu33a CD-ROM drive recognize
UvdH> and use the rockridge extensions so it can _truly_ be a *modern*
UvdH> fileserver (i.e.: use the long filenames)?
I wouldn't fall into the trap of thinking that RockRidge is "modern" and that
everything else is not, if I were you. The unfortunate truth of the matter
is that there are no less than four different extensions to ISO 9660 for long
filenames on CD-ROMs, of which RockRidge is favoured by UNIX and linux users,
and others (Joliet &c.) by everyone else.
The "new" CDIFS.IFS that is available on the Device Driver Pack On-Line site
(the URL for which is in your Connections folder) supports the Joliet
extensions to ISO 9660.
