You can burn the files to CD on the NT machine and then import them on the
XP Home machine.

Don't know which version of OE you are running, but on v6 you can right
click on Inbox and select properties to see which folder the message
database is stored in. Copy all the files in that folder to a CD and put
it in the new machine. Open OE, click File->Import->Messages, pick
the appropriate application (whichever version of OE is used on the NT
machine) then Import mail from an OE store. Browse to the folder on CD and
you should be able to pull the messages right in.

You can do the same thing over the network if you can get that part working.

You'll also want to import the old OE address book. On W2K and greater it
lives in \Documents and Settings\UserName\Application
Data\Microsoft\Address Book. I'm not sure where it lives in NT, but you
can search for a file with a .WAB extension to find it.

Importing addresses is exposed by the same wizard you use to get messages.
