The "I" in IEMSI stands for "Interactive", and that's used only when 
connecting to a BBS or Host, not a mailer....  (some) mailers use just plain 
EMSI, if they have any EMSI support at all.
While I recommend FD 2.02 and FMail 1.02 to prospective Points (mainly 
because of ease of setup, and they're both 'free for non-commercial use'), 
there are _many_ Point-aware mailers and tossers available.
The TELEMATE echo isn't really the place to discuss them though....  can you 
access the POINTS echo?  Or NEW_SYSOP?
