   Why not?   Do you prefer things the way that they are?  Or do you
   prefer to allow for change in the way things are run.   If you prefer
   things to stay the way they are, then ask your RC to vote against the
   revised policy.   If you prefer to allow for change, then ask your RC
   to vote for it.

   I think you are wrong on which direction this step is taking.  It is
   making the ability to change policy possible.  That is a step
   forward, not backward.
