.......Understand! ...reasoned balance....search...happy....
You have developed a working reality package that fits both your
practical goals and intellect. Might take me some time to achieve
anything near so (if ever)!
There was a once when I would have coveted "an evolutionary moment",
but now realize it an unlikelihood for me to achieve. Not only will
I not be able to swipe a tomato from the garden, I never even found
where the garden was .
What I HAVE learned is how slow it is to pick up on the "Zenos",
"Platos", "Aristotles", Epictetuses, (g> and Aureliuses, later in
life. Much of what I read sort of "zops through" putting me in the
awkward position of reading "SOMEONE ELSE's take" to explains what
I've been reading, like T.Z. Lavine, who herself can reduce one such
as Plato down to my own levels of comprehension and spans of
attention. The only company I ever keep identifying with are the
"everyday practical" Sophists, though I can see Stoicism, with its
"interior freedom claim" as a pleasant, if distant, goal to reach
for. Even if I would prefer to be a Stoic, I am saddled heavy with a
natural-natural "who I really am" Sophist heart").
I have listened carefully to all the things you've said (with some
disagreement along your somewhat intolerant "Aryan" tangents) and
would place your "objective insights" in reference as I READ ON.
You are one of the very few that actually "WORKS" philosophy as an
everyday life engine.....
Looking forward to "each your reach" ......Many Thanks
((((^?))))
