KV> It's part of the anime world. They gather their energy

KV> it in the form of fireballs. Besides fireballs you can do other special
KV> moves. Not all anime based games are the same.
Yeah, but it's not really a FIGHTING game, per se. Especially if you look
at lot of Capcom's games - it's more about memorizing combos and shooting
projecticles than actually learning how to fight (in hand-to-hand, BTW) well!
KV> I've played the games enough. Virtual Fighter 3 was so
KV> easy. The fighting and
KV> controls are bad. Now the Tekken series esepcially 2 &
KV> 3 kick ass. They have
KV> tons of moves and combos that any of those crappy
KV> virtual figher games and
KV> fighting vipers has. I really like King's grabbing kombos on Tekken 3.
I
KV> can't wait till 3 comes out for PSX. I also want to get Streetfighter
EX
KV> Plus. Do you know if it's out yet? I haven't seen it anywhere.
Where do you get this "bad control" thing? I'm using the -PC- version of
VF2, and the controls are so intuitive it's scary. I can defeat the CPU in
two perfect sets! It may be a bit easy (I do agree with that issue), but the
fact that I can even do so at all is testament to the control scheme.
Once again, what the heck is so important about combos? It's only
memorizing a sequence. You might as well spend a few bucks to get one of
those Simon memory games; you'll get the same amount of entertainment for
less cash. In the VF series you have to acquire skill, not just moves from a
strategy guide.
PS No, I don't know about the status of SF EX Plus Alpha. But why would you
care? It's too much like the 2D games.
