subject: Which book is the best?

-=> Quoting Kristoffer Larsson to Suzze Tiernan <=-
KL>> So what King book do all of you guys think is the best?
ST> The Shining, the scariest book I have ever read.
KL> True, it was scary. The movie with Jack Nicholson is one of the worst
 KL> I've ever seen, though. It's dull, non-exciting and doesn't follow the
 KL> book very well.
Agreed completely. You know, I taped the mini-series and strill haven't
watched it!
KL>> Personally I think IT is the best book I have ever read in my entire
 KL>> life.
ST> I did love IT. Great one, played on all our fears as kids.
KL> And it was long. I like long books and I love long, good books. :)
I don't read too many long books, mainly because I always have
200 other books waiting for me, calling out to me. So many books, so
little time!
ST> I have a signed limited edition of Desperation. It's the best book I
ST> own......
KL> I haven't read that one yet, so please don't give away anything of the
KL> plot. I'll start reading the Green Mile books tomorrow, I think. Have
KL> you read them? Are they any good?
Yes! I loved The Green Mile. Will make a great movie (the guy who did
Shawshank Pedemtion is doing it).
