Sure, but generally only at 26400/ARQ.  If it negotiated a 28800 connect,
it was more often that not without EC.

Since disablimg the 3429 symbol rate, I've had no /NONE connects at all,
and of those, the majority appear to have been at 28800.  That's not
including those several failed calls where your Viper fucked up severely
and thought that everybody was sending you faxes.  As I said before, it's
still too early to be sure, but it's looking quite good so far.
