JP> The argument string is nothing more than a NUL terminated string JP> containing the command line tail. JP> JP> To execute "myprog.exe with some arguments", "with some JP> arguments" is the argument string. JP> JP> It's that simple. JP> That's what I thought it was but it didn't seem to work. However, I found the culprit... lto() null terminates the string it copies to and I was strcat()ing that string on my command line string. That's why I wasn't getting the whole command line. Also, I actually resorted to looking in the manual and it's actually a little different. The first argument should be the path of the executable being called. That should be null-terminated. Then the arguments you want passed to the program come next. Those should be double null-terminated.... Now I just gotta take care of ltoa()... -Dave * KWQ/2 1.2g * Microsoft Motto: "Wait for us, we're the leaders!" --- WILDMAIL!/WC v4.00h* Origin: Freezing Point BBS - WDNet HQ - Mpls MN: (1:282/85.0) SEEN-BY: 12/2442 54/54 620/243 624/50 632/348 640/820 690/660 711/409 410 413 SEEN-BY: 711/430 807 808 809 934 712/353 623 713/888 800/1 @PATH: 282/85 1 270/101 396/1 3615/50 229/2 12/2442 711/409 54/54 711/808 809 @PATH: 711/934 |
