Yes people do also assume you've a internet connection, even in Fidonet,
not everyone has internet capality.

Nope, but mostly you are able to get it my Fidonet or BBS'es, if you don't
have a subscribtion by your internet service provider..

But in fidonet we shouldn't assume that (people do have a internet connection).

I know some in this country which doesn't, but they are using fidonet.
