Just to follow up and to thank everyone for your help earlier this
year. I asked for help with slow LTP printing on an ABIT KT7A-RAID
motherboard. Thanks to your suggestions I determined that the problem
was a damaged parallel port plug. A problem that has been solved with
an ISA parellel port card with jumpers set to IRQ 7 and port 378h.

BTW: is there some way to set the IRQ and port on a plug-n-play PCI
card is OS/2 or eCS in a manner similar to the way a IRQ and/or port
can be manual set in Windoz 98?
