Somewhat, and if you wanted to be *really* bored I could start quating out of
the MS-DOS encyclopeadia... really fascinating if you ever wanted to know how
dos works internally form a programmers perspective... otherwise, well its a

with the charecter 'å' ( ASCII 229 ), and the files clusters are marked as 
free
in the fat. while not touching the rest of the file, which is why undelete
utilities can work without any file data, and also why any undelete utility 
has
to ask for the first letter of a file name if records of deleted files have 
not
