subject: That`s Ozzy Post!

On 06 Aug 96, while discussing the paradoxes involved in using Christians
as lightning
conductors on church steeples, Steve Corry said this about That's Ozzy Post!:

 G'day Steve,

[A500]

 >> Sort of. ATM I use it for accessing CD-ROMs using my A570, and the
 >> occasional game of Turrican and Stunt Car Racer. :-)

SC> Old Stunty huh :-> I was seriously adicted to that when I first came
 SC> to the Amiga.

I still love it. I'd like to play it over a null-modem one of these days.
I've had the bastard for about 8 years. :-)

SC> As a loyal 'Amigan', who is well into civil flight sims, one can't help
SC> feel drawn towards the PC market (Please excuse bad language there!).

They've definately got the goodies. I'd like to play them too but find I
have enough to occupy my time as it is. Laughing at Russell Stapleton's
shirt is one of them. (G'DAY RUSSELL! ME OLD MATE!) :-))

SC> and I couldn't believe the sims. Photo realistic towns and cities,
SC> taken from real satellite pics.

Stop it. You're making me depressed. ;( The more I think about it the
more I want a BeBox. _That's_ a computer. Yep. I'll be buying one of these I
think. Hell of a machine.

 >> Err... Not quite. I'm using an A4000/030. :-) My 500 is linked via Parnet

SC> Darn, lost your quote, but, sorry, no, I don't have an AR. My sys

Action Replays are fantastic little boxes. I'm _very_ dissapointed that they
weren't brought out for the newer machines. (They used to crash if the
machine had more than 3 megs of RAM)

SC> used for BBSing and Word Processing these days. I haven't played a
SC> game for a while, must dig through the arcs this weekend!

I think you'll do well to do that. I'm going to try and complete Turrican II
without cheating. :-)

Catchya,

... "I wouldn't mind running my fingers over THOSE!" said Mark fondly.
