Firebird doesn't suck up all the tracking cookies IE does
and it installs with more secure defualts leaving the system
less open to malicious attack.

It also supports easy text magnification and line wrapping
I've found wanting in IE.

It's also available in both OS platforms I use, Knoppix and
Win 98.
