Hallo Jeff,
JB> I've asked this before and never got an answer so I thought I'd
JB> give it one more try. I've got a couple of programs in my startup
JB> folder which I want to start after the workstation or server have
JB> started. However, I've got a couple of these tasks which require
JB> a service to be running first. In one case the service, which one
JB> of these tasks depends upon, takes a while to start, due to the
JB> nature of the service. The question is whether I can delay tasks
JB> in the startup folders by says 60 secods or can I have the tasks
JB> startup in a particular sequence in the startup folder ?
use wait.exe (reskit) to build some batch like this
wait 60
start appname
exit
Gruss, Frank.
