No need to.  Used to be the person who wrote the plans, for callup, for
the 103d TCS in Orange CT, and then the 118TAW, in Schenectady NY.  Worked
in the Mobility plans section, among other things.
Kept familiar with the plans, as a MA.
Painfully familiar with the procedures, legalities, and formalities.
You, however, appear to be confused, and ill informed.
But enough of this.  The answer is clear, and you just do not want to
see it.  No need to take it any further.
But, to steer this back to Scanners, did you know that the 118th used to 
use 163.4875?
What do you use for your monitoring?  I use a MR8100, RS 2004, and a RS2005

the house, 855 XLT in the office, and a bunch of commercial Two way stuff in 
the vehicles.
