     I just did it in WP6.1DOS and recorded what I did
as a macro.  You can use this as a guide in whatever
version/platform of WordPerfect you wish:
DISPLAY(Off!)
DelayCodes(1)
  HeaderA(Create!)
    Type("Con't")
  SubstructureExit
SubstructureExit
     First you pick Delay Codes and then create the
Header within that.  This allows you to start of page 2
(or whatever other your want).
