If you're just trying to run a Winsock, locate winpkt.com and odipkt.com.
They're public domain, use less conventional RAM than tcpip.com and don't
require you to specify your IP address information in net.cfg. If you do 
this, you will need to update your net.cfg like so:
Link support
    Buffers 8 1586
    Mempool 16384
Link driver 3c509
    Frame Ethernet_II
    Protocol IP 8137 Ethernet_II
    Protocol IPX 8137 Ethernet_II
And you will need to configure your server to support the Ethernet_II frame 
type.
