I was thinking the same thing. AZ has had open carry forever.
Indiana's handgun permit allows either open or concealed. You
don't see open carry often, but some do.
I think both open and concealed carry is good. With concealed
carry, the crooks don't know who is carrying. But as long as at
least one person in the would-be-crook's presence is carrying, it
reminds the crook that the good guys DO have guns.
