I understand your position on this; but I would point out that the
situation is not "apples and apples". The problem in a school is
not so much getting a "conviction" as protecting the kids. Whether
the tablet was harmless or not is not the issue. The issue is that
an unsuspecting child could accept and be harmed from one of these
innocent looking tablets offered by a fellow student innocently or
maliciously. I for one would want my children to be protected.
