When you have to insert the driver into your config.sys because the 
system is already installed then you should put it

- immediately in front of ibm1s506.add/danis506.add
   when you want that the SCSI drive(s) seen before IDE
- immediately after it when you preferes that the IDE drive is
   seen before the SCSI one(s)

when the driver is not already ther it must be in
\os2\boot

basedev=aic7870.add
