 Actually, WIN 95 is significantly more powerful than any version of
 Windows except NT.  It is worth an upgrade without a doubt.  It is not
 perfect, but it is MUCH better than WIN 3.1 or WfWg 3.11.  If you have
 8 megs of ram now, you can run it OK, but it will be slower than
 earlier Windows.  With 16 Megs, it is very snappy.  That is the price
 one pays for "progress."  And WIN 95 is "progress" ... just not as much
 "progress" as MS wanted us to believe. :)
 BTW, I should have said "the next release will "probably" be released
 in WIN32 as well as WIN16 versions.  Meaning that WIN16 Telemate users
 will still get bug fixes et cetera.
