There are a number of areas where I have dupe checking disabled just for this
reason. CRC checking seems to do a good job of detecting dupes, but I wonder if
it should also use the date to determine if it is a dupe? Lots of dupes are
detected in BBS ad areas as well as othernets postings and moderator rules
postings.
