Good one Joe. And as far as the Wildfires go we have only seen the Tip
of thwe Iceberg. And I undrstand the Power Struggles between the
various Chiefs of all the small depts could kill any reorginization
chances to make a County Wide Fire Department. 
Which seems to be could be quite a bit more effective. Although COST
quite a bit more.
