IMHO, for most purposes, the Dialog editor that comes with CSET++ is
as good as the Resource Workshop from Borland.  Not all.  I've got
both.  Bought BCOS/2 (1.0) because it was cheap, bought CSET++ because
BCOS/2 wasn't reliable.
