Hi Jason,

This is an IMPLIB that maps the DLL's for supporting the OS/2 base
API. It cannot be used with MS Visual BASIC, nor any MS language later
than C 6.0a, FORTRAN 5.1 or COBOL 5.0, etc. Indeed, these older
languages can only use the 16-bit calls.

Basically, you will need to use a native OS/2 compiler, for best
results.
