I should have said "can anyone offer their OPINION as to why I should 
upgrade?"
Implying my lack of understanding the changes made to Max 3.01. 
As far as reading the DOCs... check out my BBS sometime! I think you'll find 
that not only have I read the DOCs but I've mastered much of them. Maximus 
is, in my opinion, the most configurable BBS software. MECCA commands have 
allowed me to be so creative that my board no longer resembles the canned MAX 
bbs.
I do hope that no other reader was offended by my query and if so, I would 
gladly offer my apologies.
