 I'm pretty sure that I read about it in Science & Technology Magazine a few 
months ago. That's a very interesting magazine if you like that sort of 
thing, although it's a bit light on detail. Much of the articles is devoted 
to the human and political considerations of the stories. (interesting in its 
own right, of course)
