Err, no.

I thought you might have been wrong, so I checked in my CBM directory on my
Sparcstation!  :)

I have a utility that's called LZHconvert, and it will create SFX files on
ANY machine that supports LHA creation.  So, it would work under MS-DOS or
Unix (for starters...)
