 During his terms in office, Clinton/FEMA spent more on
 earthquake preparation around New Madrid and adjoining
 states than in California.  (Guess where Clinton's from.)

 Makes one wonder is the Mississippi or the Colorado will
 become the new eastern seaboard.  

 Makes one wonder if perhaps someone knows something about
 quake prediction that the public doesn't have access to.
