 What is your recommended hurling technique ? The classic
 high-arc toss or the fast-and-flat shoulder-wrenching throw ?

 Do you feel you have an advantage throwing missiles from your
 balcony, rather than from ground level ?

 Actually, it's been awfully quiet around here lately. For nigh
 on a couple of months. No hoons, no murders, although the local
 milko lost one of his runners. Fell off the truck, so to speak.
