You should get in touch with your country's Contingent Head, and ask him 
directions.
Italian staffers will be travelling with youth participants, and will pay the 
full jamboree fee + travel.
The jamboree fee is higher for rich countries than it is for developing 
countries, so this means that I will be paying about US$ 1.600 :-(
Your association might cover part of the fee. Mine doesn't (it will cover a 
large part of the fees for youth participants, though, and for their adult 
leadership).
