Perhaps a spritz of WD-40 into the plug holes as the rings
are likely set up pretty well after all that time.
I say change the oil first off then pull the plug wires or coil
wire off first and give her a few cranks to circulate the new oil.
Then fire her on up.
Brake fluid should be changed as well as it's hydroscopic
and is sludge by now.
Bleed the brake lines as well.
