I'm not exactly sure where this "OS upgrade" came in, but I was
running both OS/2 2.1 and OS/2 3.0 on my system, on different
partitions. At the time of upgrade, I was basically running OS/2
3.0. The system stopped booting, and I started reinstalling
OS/2 3.0 and OS/2 2.1, the latter being the one that actually
allowed me to get my system up. Later on, I was able to go back
up to 3.0. BTW, as for "not bothering to tell Rod", he actually
queried me why I was planning on downgrading OS/2 version. As it
turns out, I managed to get hold of the "evaluation CD" before
doing the upgrade. BFN. Paul.
