You have researched nothing.  You are either lamely trying to defend 
yourself, or you are lying, I don't know which.  Any true research would have 
brought you the same knowledge on the subject I have.  After all, copyright 
law is the same in my state as in yours.
I resent it when someone who doesn't have a clue to what they are talking 
about, goes on an echo and says that someone who *does* know what they are 
talking about is wrong.
What you wrote above is tantamount to saying "I have done my research.  And 
despite what you may think, and despite what the popular literature may say, 
the sky really IS green".  Such a statement would be insulting, and I am not 
going to continue with this anymore.
Call Carla.  Then I expect either a statement from you that you believe Carla 
is wrong, or perhaps that Disney Customer Service as a whole, not being legal 
experts, may be misinformed, OR I expect an apology from you.
