subject: Proper dupe prevention

WvV> I mean a simple check of the message date. I've mine set to 60 days. And

True. Albeit some systems does not import all the FTN info intact, sometimes
they make up their own inventions on the fly.

Most importantly, IMHO, must be to *not* *ever* tamper with the seen-by
lines in any way.

Now that we finally (since a couple of years back) managed to drop all
duplicate nets, and only have unique nets across the zones, seen-by dupe check
will work well -- unless we yet again stumble across some system that does not
honour the seen-by rules.

And should some incompetent RC manage to create a dupe net, we'll take it
from there... 8-)
