Win32s v1.25 update. Apply to Win-OS/2, then download and
    follow instructions in vw32s125.zip.

It's been a long time since I installed the Win32s stuff, so I
might be wrong. But it seems to me that some CDROM app I bought
automatically installed the full library that is in the larger file.
Before and again after installing that app, all I needed was the
little file I mentioned at the top of this msg. In other words I'm
not so sure I ever really used the 2MB file.
What I am sure of is that all these files are for Warp and not the
MS-Win3.11 updates that have similar names and numbers.
I do recall very vividly that several of the Win32s apps would fail
until I completely deleted all versions of MS Win95 and Win3.1 from
the HD that OS/2 was running on. The stupid apps would search the
whole HD looking for special MS files and ignore my config.sys and
autoexec.bat parameters. Took me over a year to figure that out. I
became convinced it was part of the MS written install.exe for those
3rd-party apps.
Thanks and Good Luck, Andy Roberts
