The OS/2 2.11 ServicePak on Volume 4 does not install from the CD.
You may create the ServicePak diskettes, and install the OS/2 2.11
ServicePak from diskettes. If you can obtain Volume 3 of
The Developer Connection for OS/2 the procedure to install the OS/2
2.11 ServicePak is listed below. OR, you may call IBM - Julie Vair
at 407-443-9043, and request a Volume 3 Developer Connection CD be sent
to you (supplies are limited, so please order only if needed). You
will be asked to provide your subscription number.

Procedure to install OS/2 2.11 ServicePak from CD-ROM:

Step 1: Create the installation diskettes from the Volume 4 CD
        1) From the DevCon CATALOG expand SERVICE category.
        2) Select the OS/2 2.11 ServicePak: CD-ROM & diskette installation
                    (choose your diskette size)
        3) Create DISK1.DSK - INSTALLATION Diskette and
              DISK2_CD.DSK - CD-ROM INSTALLATION Diskette 2

Step 2: Install the ServicePak using the Volume 3 CD
       1) Place INSTALLATION Diskette (DISK1.DSK) into your A: drive and
Volume 3:DISC 2 of The Developer Connection for OS/2 into your
             CD-ROM drive.
       2) Reboot your computer.

We are sorry about this inconvenience.
