This sounds very much like something other than AD(H)D.  We had some other 
parents in here awhile back whose kids had ODD (Oppositional Defiant 
Disorder), and they truly had a tough row to hoe.  I don't think any of them 
are around at the moment, unfortunately, and I don't recall what helped them 
with that side of things.  I think there are specific medications that can 
help.
