I know - that can't be helped.  Here, it's from 4 to 5am.  East Coast it's 5 
to 6am, and out in CA, it's from 1am to 2am.  Out in Hawaii, I think it comes 
around at like Seven O'clock at night 
Zone Mail Hour, should be, by definition, the Hour in which mail is to be 
sent, in -that- Zone.  There should be 6 different Zone Mail Hours, as there 
are 6 different Zones.
