BS>> and I eat extra salty things). I've decided I'll have them kick up
BS>> my heartrate by 1 for each birthday now.
NB>> Will they do that for you...? That's rather low blood pressure,
NB>> too... it would seem that you aren't particularly salt-sensitive... :)
BS> Just joshing about the heartrate, but the BP is bothersome. Not as
BS> bad as it was, used to be I had to plant both feet on the floor, take
BS> about 3 breaths, then stand. Otherwise I got light headed.
Oh, ok... ;) At least you've learned coping mechanisms for the low
BP... but you would think they'd want to do something to not have it so
low... :)
BS> I used to be a saltaholic, dropped way down on my intake because the
BS> medicos said to, and in the last few years picked it up again. Now I
BS> just tell them what I'm doing, if they don't like it they can come up
BS> with an alternative (they haven't and it's been a couple of years). I
BS> pretty much ignore all the dietary stuff they toss at me, didn't used
BS> to. But by cholesterol levels are down at the bottom (130-140) and
BS> my BP is down also.
Sounds to me as though you've got things pretty well under control, and
they might as well let you do as you please... ;)
BS> The only static I get is from the guy who tsk-tsks at my
BS> liver. So which is gonna get me first? My heart, liver, or a player
BS> to be named at a later date. As I've said before...I've cheated death
BS> probably 6 to 8 times in the past, like sitting in a small plane
BS> smelling leaking Avgas with the dirty side of the plane up (bad thing
BS> was I was the pilot). Worrying isn't gonna stop the inevitable, might
BS> actually speed things up. So, how bout them Cubbies!?
Exactly... might's well not worry, just go with it... :) We're glad to
have you still around... but none of us will live forever....
BS> I'm in a good mood. Got "My" computer back, from a digital standpoint
BS> it's been a bad 2 months. It let the magic smoke escape, it was under
BS> warranty, so it was fixed. Been using my old computer.
Indeed a good thing... and since under warranty, you're not out of
pocket for it, either, I'd guess...? Glad you got it back, and
fixed.... ;)
