there must be something... it could be that there was an upgrade of the
cards or the firmware on the cards... like i said, i'm in the same boat but
with another telco... the best i can get is a 28k8 connection that used to
be a flawless 50k+ connection to most anywhere... one day i was flying
along at 50k+ speeds and then after a connection drop and reconnect (less
than one minute), the 50k+ speeds were gone never to be seen since...

something was done on their end without a doubt...
