A virus in a mother board ???? What are the symptoms of this virus?

If these virus scanners are upto date and all of them don't find a virus then 
you probably don't have one. It could be a hardware problem.
You have a floppy disk that you KNOW is clean to boot from with the virus 
checkers on I hope.
