A DB-224 has 4 elements, and as I remember they are all fed simultaneously, 
meaning that the Z would be somewhere around 12.5 ohms, per.
As for that 8el thing, I would suggest maybe getting a technical description 
for Decible Products, or another antenna manufacturing place - perhaps 
there's something on the 'Net?
