Not necessarily.  The WPS converts characters not supported by the file
system to one or more exclamation marks (!) and possibly other characters,
and stores the real name as a .LONGNAME attribute in the EAs.  Depending
on conflicts with existing exclamation marks in the name, and multiple
unsupported characters like /, the file may have any combination of !!s. 
I don't know what algorithm is used.
