With the new rom revision their was no longer enough room to contain the help 
file.  :(
This was discussed sometime ago and bemoaned about as well.  I have been 
debating upgradin from 6.10a myself if only to see if it would fix my fax 
recieve problem under Binkley.
As well I seem to be having some problems with distinctive ring in this area 
cod of 604, whereas before I moved to Vancouver from area code 306 I had no 
problem with distinctive ring.
