I was in the local Tandy the other day, I know there American, are
they part of Radio Shack, well they had scanners onsale all the way
from 0.5 meg upto 2000 meg no gaps, so its quite legal to buy a
scanner over here that is illegal in the states and Canada, talk
about crazy laws
