yes.

you also get VERY good Container Class Libs.

if you use templates very excessive, this is really a minimum.

i have'nt compiled it. but : mah-jong is a C sample (And even if it is C++
without templates) : There are NO real timing diffs betw. Borland and IBM. 
The slow-compiles comes when you use ICLUI and ICC (user interface class
lib, and container classes), since there are 1000nds of includes. but, imo,
borland will not be faster in compiling such things.

IMO the next version of CSET++ will be next year. then we will see (i hope
so) RTTI, StringClass, nameScopes, ..., enhanced ICLUI (2D graphic?
printing? ...).

i've tried zapp, liant, starview, gpf, neuron Data's OI, Open User
Interface by an Australian Company, and read a lot of papers. (finally i
wrote one (internal use only). If you want to exploit OS/2 features
(multithreading, CUA91,...) FORGET all these libs. 

(neuron and OUI are expensive. > 10000US$ per License).
